Puppeteer for Muppet characters on Sesame Street and in the revivals of the 2011 film the Muppets as well as Muppets Most Wanted.
He worked for the Jim Henson Company since the 1990s starting as an assistant puppeteer for Ernie.
He has voiced such puppets as Big Bird and Kermit the Frog and has been the puppeteer for Count von Count and many other memorable puppets.
He was born in Kansas City, Kansas.
He was able to mimic Caroll Spinney's Big Bird voice so well that he was able to take over the role.
