Former international model turned health coach and wellness expert behind the self-titled blog Nikki Sharp. She has also become the acclaimed author of The 5-Day Real Food Detox, which was an internationally sold e-book.
She worked as a model and was sick of looking too skinny so she decided to pursue being a health coach in 2012.
She lived in Seoul, Bangkok, Colorado, Athens, London, and New York in 2011 during her career as an international model.
She grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She wasn't into health as a kid. She graduated high school a year early and went to college at the age of 17. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.
She and Alya Kattan are both health and fitness bloggers who became popular on social media.
