She married Hamilton star Leslie Odom Jr. in 2012. She gave birth to a daughter named Lucille in April 2017 and a son named Able Phineas in March 2021.
In The Affair, she joined a cast that included Joshua Jackson, Dominic West, and Ruth Wilson.
