Nicolas Bacheyre
Chef
Renowned pastry chef who's known for his highly sophisticated desserts. He's been the executive pastry chef at Parisian restaurant Un Dimanche à Paris and travels the world offering master classes in various techniques.
He was born and raised in Toulouse in the South of France, and he also attended culinary school there at the Centre Formation Apprentice.
In 2018 he traveled to Dubai to offer various chefs a master class in creams that was hosted by the European Union and the Centre National Interprofessionel de l'Economie Laitière (CNIEL).
He comes from a family of pastry chefs. His father Jean Louis and as well as Nicolas' maternal grandfather.
He is a contemporary of fellow French pastry chef Amaury Guichon.
