Eric Frechon
Chef
French chef who, in 2015, was declared 7th best chef in the world by the magazine Le Chef. In 1993, he became Meilleur Ouvrier of France, and in 1999, head chef at the Hotel Le Bristol Paris.
He studied at the Ecole Hôtelière de Rouen.
He received a Michelin star in 1999, 2001, and 2009. In 2008, he was decorated with the insignia of Knight of the Legion of Honor by President Nicolas Sarkozy.
He and his wife, Clarisse Ferreres-Frechon, had a son, Franklin, in September 2014.
On September 18, 2017, he posted a photo with Guillaume Gomez at the Elysée for Heritage Days.
