Zambian politician and minister who served as Vice-President of Zambia under Levy Mwanawasa. He was also Zambia's High Commissioner to Canada from 2009 to 2011.
He founded evangelistic campaigns and ministries and served as pastor of the Victory Bible Church.
He was elected President of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy in 2012.
He married Florence Mumba.
He and Henry Tayali are both from Zambia.
