Award-winning voice actress who has lent her skills to anime series' like Psycho-Pass, K, Angel Beats, and Sword Art Online. She has also done Japanese dubs for shows like My Little Pony, Adventure Time, and Over the Garden Wall.
During high school, she participated in a home stay program in Pennsylvania where she learned English. She began her career as a voice actress in 1999 on the show Di Gi Charat.
She has done Japanese dubbing for numerous live action films including Kick-Ass, Power Rangers, Suicide Squad, and Thor: Ragnarok.
Her younger brother, Chiharu Sawashiro, is also a voice actor. She announced her marriage in 2014.
She did voice acting for Appleseed Ex Machina alongside Koichi Yamadera.
