Tomokazu Miura

Japanese actor who won a Hochi Film Award in the Best Supporting Actor category for his role in the 1985 Japanese film, Typhoon Club. In 2012, he played Kato in Outrage Beyond.
He attended Hino High School and was part of the music group, RC Succession. He was asked to leave the group when they were signed to a management company, and he then went on to pursue acting.
He also played Pachinko, and once caused controversy with his appearance in cigarette ads after he decided to quit smoking.
He married singer Momoe Yamaguchi in 1980 and they went on to star in many series and films together.
Japanese movie actor Koji Yakusho was on of his peers.
