His parents Mike Sr. and Lynne Cimorelli married two years before he was born. He went to college when he was 16 years old and was homeschooled beforehand.
He has also worked as a personal trainer and in real estate.
He has ten younger siblings, six sisters and four brothers. He has dated Kari Carville.
His six sisters are Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Lauren, Amy and Dani Cimorelli.
