Melville Fuller

Served as the eighth Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1888 to 1910.
He graduated from Bowdoin College in 1853.
He administered the oath of office to five Presidents while he was Chief Justice.
He married his second wife, Mary Coolbaugh, in 1866.
He was nominated to the Supreme Court by President Grover Cleveland.
