One of her earliest releases was a song titled "Like a Stallion."
She released a music video for her popular single "Fantasy Pool Party" in 2016. She gained a lot of popularity for her song "Savage" which featured Beyoncé in a remix; she received two Grammy awards for the song, in the categories of Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. She was featured in Cardi B's song "WAP."
She was born Megan Pete. Her mother Holly Thomas passed away in March 2019 after battling a cancerous brain tumor. She's been dating fellow rapper Pardison Fontaine. She dated Moneybagg Yo until late 2019.
In November 2014 she posted a photo with rapper Rick Ross to her theestallion Instagram account.
