Reality star who rose to fame on the MTV shows 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 3 as the boyfriend of Alex Sekella.
He joined 16 & Pregnant in the fourth season in 2012.
In 2012 he broke his neck after falling 20 feet off a cliff.
He and Alex welcomed a daughter named Arabella Elizabeth Sekella-McCann in 2011. In 2015 he married Lekota Koch and in 2016 they gave birth to a son named Matt Jr. The couple separated in 2016.
He appeared on the same season of 16 & Pregnant as Lindsey Harrison.
