Matthew Hoggard

Right-arm fast-medium bowler who played for Yorkshire from 1996 to 2009 and for England from 2000 to 2008. He was named captain of Leicestershire in 2010.
He began playing cricket at the their Bradford League club and made his first-class debut in 1996.
His Man of the Match-winning performance for England against India in 2006 resulted in him being ranked as the 4th best Test match bowler in the world.
His son Ernie was born in May 2007.
He and Andrew Caddick were part of the team that represented England in the 2003 Cricket World Cup.
