Danish professional footballer (American soccer) who played for the Spanish club Barcelona and the Denmark National team. He mainly plays the forward position. His successful career has earned him a following of 1.5 million on Instagram where he shares pictures from on and off the field.
From ages five to seven, he was confined to a wheelchair because of Legg-Calvé-Perthes, a hip disorder that could have lead to deformities in his femur. He always wanted to be a soccer player and has said that he had no plan b.
He made Denmark's squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
He married French journalist and TV personality Anne-Laure Louis Braithwaite. Together they had two sons and he is the step-father to her two children from a previous marriage. He has a younger sister named Mathilde.
He has been called Lionel Messi's wingman by CNN. He played the 2020 season with Frenkie de Jong, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Nelson Semedo, among other teammates on the Barcelona team.
