After graduating from Maryknoll College in Quezon City, Philippines, she earned a bachelor's degree in business from Boston University and a master's degree from the University of London.

Family Life

She is the granddaughter of fifth President of the Philippines Manuel Roxas. Before divorcing, she and her husband of three decades, politician Antonio R. Floirendo, Jr., raised daughters named Gabrielle and Monica.
