Guitarist and vocalist for the rock band O.A.R. or Of a Revolution. One of the band's most popular albums, 2010's King, reached #12 on the Billboard 200.
He and three other band mates attended Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School. They later went on to Ohio State University where they discovered the final member of the O.A.R. team.
He appeared in the Diet Coke Stay Extraordinary campaign in August 2010.
He was inspired to form O.A.R. due to his brother Jeff who was a drummer for Foxtrot Zulu. He is from Rockville, Maryland.
O.A.R. and Phillip Phillips's 2014 summer tour benefited Habitat for Humanity.
