Gifted in all kinds of technical ability, he was a table tennis champion before becoming a skateboarder.
He has been sponsored by Chocolate Skateboards, Thunder, Matix, Spitfire, Bones, and Lakai Limited Footwear; releasing a monumental video part for the latter's Fully Flared.
He has one child and resides in a reclusive home Big Bear, Ca.
He and Rodney Mullen are close friends and former teammates for the now defunct A-Team.
