Luis Suárez Miramontes

During the 1950s, 1960s, and early 1970s, this champion footballer was a centre midfielder for the Deportivo La Coruna, Espana Industrial, Barcelona, Internazionale, and Sampdoria soccer clubs. With the Internazionale team, he won four total Intercontinental and European Cups and several Series A titles.
From 1949 until 1953, he played his youth career for the Deportivo de La Coruna B club.
After ending his career as a soccer player in the early 1970s, he managed several football clubs, including Internazionale, Cagliari, and Spain Under 21.
He was born and raised in A Coruna, Galicia, Spain.
He and Ladislao Kubala both played for FC Barcelona during the late 1950s and early 1960s.
