He was a talented StarCraft player who played for Team Liquid before meeting French poker player Bertrand Grospellier. Grospellier inspired Lex to begin his online poker career.
He became a member of Team PokerStars Online and a member of the Dutch Hall of Fame of Poker.
He was born in Vlissingen, Netherlands, and resides in Rotterdam.
