She initially jump-started her career from her title as Miss Teen USA.
She was crowned Miss California USA in 2011.
She grew up with family in Billings, Montana.
She was first named runner-up to Alyssa Campanella at the 2011 Miss California pageant, but after Campanella was named Miss USA 2011, Blair became the official Miss California.
