Linebacker who was selected 19th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He also played college football at Boise State University.
He went to Salmon River High School in Riggins, Idaho where he played football and basketball.
He was named IdahoSports.com's Student-Athlete of the Year in 2014.
He's the son of Sandy and Darwin Vander Esch. He has three sisters, Shannon, Christon, and Morgan, and a brother, Jason.
He became teammates with running back Ezekiel Elliott on the Cowboys.
