Pro Bowl NFL linebacker who began his career with the St. Louis Rams before joining the Buffalo Bills and Washington Redskins.
He played both basketball and football at John Carroll University and set a school record for tackles, as well as being named the Division III National Linebacker of the Year.
He is one of the NFL's all-time 'Iron Men', playing in 240 consecutive games with the Washington Redskins.
He has two children, Paige and Cortland, with his wife Charne.
He finally played in his first Pro Bowl in 2010 after being named an alternate eleven times; he replaced Jonathan Vilma in the game.
