Laura Posada

TV host, life coach, motivational speaker, and fitness instructor. She hosted and co-produced her TV show Manual de Supervivencia in 2011.
She graduated from Loyola University with a bachelor's degree in Communications.
She co-founded the Jorge Posada Foundation to create awareness of Craniosynostosis.
She married former baseball player Jorge Posada in 2000. The pair has two children, Paulina and Jorge.
