Television and film actor who is best known for his role on the OWN network original series The Haves and the Have Nots.
His first credited role was for the 2007 film The Weekend. The following year, he landed a role in the film College Road Trip where he starred alongside Martin Lawrence and Raven-Symoné.
Beyond acting, he has worked as a writer, director, and producer on his own short film You're a Little Late.
He married Nina Monroe in 2014.
He starred alongside Mindy Kaling on her show The Mindy Project and can also be seen photographed with Nick James on his Instagram.
