Indian chess Grandmaster who is widely considered to be one of the top Indian players of all time.
He has been a Grandmaster since 2000 and he was educated at the Modern Senior Secondary School in Nanganallur, Chennai.
He has been ranked as highly as third among Indian chess masters.
He and his wife Radhika have a daughter.
He plays at the international levels against other Grandmasters such as Vladimir Kramnik.
