Konstantin Pats

Estonian politician who was one of the most influential politicians of interwar Estonia. He was arrested and deported to Russia after the Soviet invasion of Estonia.
From 1894 to 1898 he attended the Faculty of Law of Tartu University.
He served as Prime Minister of the Provisional Government of Estonia from 1918 to 1919 and he was 1st President of the Republic of Estonia from 1938 to 1940.
He was married to Helma Pats.
He was active in Estonian politics during the same era as Juri Uluots.
