She also had spinoff programs, such as Kiana's Too Fit 2 Quit, Summer Sizzle with Kiana, Kiana's Hot Summer Nights & Super Bowl Nightlife on ABC.
She worked as an Oakland Raider cheerleader.
She has been named "Best in Fitness" by USA Today. She received the United States Sports Academy Award, "Fitness Legend" from none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger.
She married Dennis Breshears in 2002, and the couple has two daughters, Anelalani and Asialea.
She acted with Jean-Claude Van Damme in the 1999 film Universal Soldier: The Return.
