He called his high school basketball games as a student at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He became the voice of several Microsoft video games including NFL Fever and NBA Full Court Press.
His brother David also became a television sportscaster.
He covered Kevin Durant during his one season with the Seattle SuperSonics, before the franchise moved to Oklahoma City.
