Point guard who was a late second round pick of the Atlanta Hawks in the 2016 NBA Draft. He was then traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers and played in over 40 games during his rookie season.
He played college basketball for the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies. He finished on the All-Horizon League first team and All-American third team during his 2016 senior season.
He was named the Horizon League Player of the Year while at Oakland during his 2016 senior season. He also set a record for most assists in a career in the Horizon League.
His father Kahlil Felder Sr played NCAA division I basketball for Eastern Michigan. His cousin Steve Smith played in the NBA.
He earned the support of Cavaliers superstar LeBron James during his rookie 2016-2017 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
