She performed in school musicals and sang in church choir.
She was a finalist for MYX's VJ Search in 2011. She got her CFA in Visual Communication from the University of the Philippines Dilman in 2012.
She is from Manila, Philippines. Her brother Victor Pring has also hosted programs on Magic 89.9. She married Juancho Trivino in 2020.
She participated in Ramon Bautista's show Tales from the Friendzone.
