Born James Euringer, he co-founded Mindless Self Indulgence with his brother in 1995.
Mindless Self Indulgence earned two top five indie albums with You'll Rebel to Anything in 2005 and If in 2008.
He married Chantel Claret, the singer for the band Morningwood, on January 18, 2008. They welcomed twin girls, Georgie and Isadora, in June 2019. His brother, Markus Euringer, co-founded Mindless Self Indulgence.
He teamed up with Serj Tankian to produce the song "Chase."
