She founded the food and wellness blog with her sister in 2010.
She released the solo cookbook East by West: Simple Ayurvedic recipes for Ultimate Mind-Body Balance.
She co-writes Hemsley + Hemsley with her sister, Melissa. Her boyfriend, Nick Hopper, is an actor.
She has met and worked with countless other renowned bloggers, from Sarah Wilson to Joe Wicks.
