Architect
Leading architect of the Italian modern movement, known as Rationalism, who designed the Casa del Fascio in Como, Italy.
He attended the Como's Technical College and Politecnico di Milano university.
He was the designer of the monument, Danteum, which was a tribute to Italian poet Dante Alighieri; it was designed to represent the "Divine Comedy's" divisions of hell.
He opened a practice with his brother, Attilio, in 1927.
He worked on projects for the fascist Benito Mussolini regime.
