Hammad Husain
Architect
Architect and writer who gained attention when he was commissioned by Pakistan's former president to design his farmhouse. He became known for his designs of farmhouses, villas, office buildings, and hospitals.
He studied architecture at Middle East Technical University in Turkey, graduating in 1994.
He set up his own practice in 1996, with his structures eventually covering 15 cities across Pakistan.
His father, Javed Husain, was a veteran of the Pakistan Army.
He was a native of Pakistan, whose fourth president was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
