Darts player who became the first ever Welshman to win the PDC World Darts Championship with his 2021 victory. He was subsequently ranked #1 in the world following his win.
He initially began his career as an athlete playing rugby. He played for Welsh Premier Division sides Cross Keys and Neath. He retired from rugby in 2014 to focus on darts.
He finished as the runner-up at the 2019 PDC European Championship darts tournament. He won back to back Grand Slam of Darts titles in 2018 and 2019.
He has a daughter named Emily with his wife Bethan Palmer.
He overtook Peter Wright as the new #1 ranked darts player in the world in 2021 following his win at that year's PDC World Darts Championship.
