George Rickey
Sculptor
American kinetic sculptor whose sculptures move in the wind. He made Two Open Triangles Up Gyratory, located in the Honolulu Museum of Art.
He studied art at the New York University Institute of Fine Arts and at the Chicago Institute of Design.
He combined his knowledge of art and engineering in his works.
His parents raised him in South Bend, Indiana.
His work was inspired by Alexander Calder.
