Born Moh-Said Fellag, this Genie Award-winning actor played a starring role in the 2005 Oscar-nominated film, Monsieur Lazhar. In 2003, he received the Raymond Devos Prize.
He attended the School of Dramatic Arts of Algiers for four years.
He moved to Tunisia after a bomb exploded during one of his presentations.
His father sent him and his brother to live with his aunt in the small village of Messous.
He played a role in the stage production of Ray Bradbury's Le Costume Blanc Couleur Glace a la Noix de Coco in 1986.
