In late 2019, they dated model Austin Wilson. They dated Wilmer Valderrama from 2010 to 2016. They also dated Joe Jonas and Luke Rockhold. In July 2020, they got engaged to Max Ehrich, but the couple split up two months later. In May 2021, they announced that they identified as nonbinary.
