Cosplayer also known as It's Raining Neon who combines her skills as a costumer, makeup artist and prop designer to portray such characters as Salvador from Borderlands and D.Va from Overwatch. She has won competitions like College Humor's 2012 Costume Contest and EZ Cosplay's 2013 Costume Contest.
She got her start drawing characters from her favorite video games at around 12 years old. She began cosplaying in 2008.
She sometimes shares her costume creation process with fans on Twitch, where she is known as ItsRainingNeon.
She has been in a relationship with Shawn Todd, also known as N00dleKnight.
She and Andy Rae have both done Overwatch cosplay.
