Pop music performer and artist who is recognized for having represented his native Iceland in the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest. During the competition, he performed his single "10 Years." He was set to perform at the event the year prior, but it was cancelled due to COVID-19.
As a child, he practiced drums and studied piano and bass guitar. He also co-founded a band known as RetRoBot.
In 2021, his extended play Welcome reached the number 21 position on Iceland's popular albums chart.
He and his wife Árný Fjóla Ásmundsdóttir have a daughter.
Both he and Damiano David competed in the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.
