He attended LaSalle High School and San Clemente High School.
He earned numerous accolades in high school, including All-Camino Real League First-Team and All-State Underclassman First-Team honors.
His younger brother, Hayden, has played quarterback at Rutgers University.
He became the backup to MVP Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in 2014.
