He was a two-time Big East wrestling champion at Seton Hall University.
He was named the #25 singles wrestler by Pro Wrestling Illustrated in 2003.
He married fellow wrestler Jackie Gayda on June 10, 2005. The couple had four children: Kayla, Taylor, Thomas and Charles Haas III.
He won two WWE Tag Team titles with wrestling partner, Shelton Benjamin.
