Charles Evans Hughes
Supreme Court Justice
Served as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1910 to 1916 and later became the Court's 11th Chief Justice.
He graduated from Columbia Law School in 1884.
He was the 36th Governor of New York prior to serving on the Supreme Court.
He married Antoinette Carter in 1888. They had four children together.
He was nominated to the position of associate justice on the Supreme Court by President William Howard Taft.
