Also known as Char B or Charbfit, she is an internationally published model and multi-champion bodybuilder with experience as a nutritionist, sports therapist and social media personality. Her charbfit Twitter and Instagram accounts have more than 70,000 and 470,000 followers, respectively.
She did her first bikini shoot 6 months after her daughter was born. Previously, she worked as a TV host for major sporting networks.
She was signed as an athlete by Scitec Nutrition and partnered with Blackstone Labs for bodybuilding. She authored an e-book called 6 Days to Sexy.
She has a daughter named Tia.
She and Helmut Strebl have been world champions at Miami Pro competitions.
