Tight end who was taken by the Los Angeles Rams in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He played football for Purdue University, where he was named to the first-team All-Big Ten in 2020.
He was named a three-star prospect by 247sports.com as a senior in high school. He did not start playing football until his junior year.
He was named the Big Ten Tight End of the Year as a redshirt senior for Purdue in 2019. He made his NFL debut for the Rams in October 2020 against the Chicago Bears.
His father, Brad Hopkins, was a long-time NFL offensive tackle.
He played alongside Jared Goff for the Los Angeles Rams in 2020.
