Professional pitcher that was signed by the Minnesota Twins as an international free agent in 2014. He was acquired by the Los Angeles Dodgers via trade in February 2020. He was a member of the World Series-winning 2020 Dodgers team.
He began his professional career playing for the Twins' rookie affiliate team the DSL Twins.
He made his major league debut pitching against the Detroit Tigers on September 1, 2019 as member of the Twins.
He is a native of Calobozo, Venezuela. He lives with his wife, Allison Landa.
He won a major league World Series playing alongside Cody Bellinger in 2020.
