Arve Henriksen

Known for his trumpet-playing sound reminiscent of the shakuhachi flute.
He studied jazz at the Trondheim Musikkonservatorium and went on to play with many different bands.
He has worked with Supersilent, an improvisational Norwegian band, for more than a decade.
He was born in Stranda, Norway.
He has collaborated with many different musicians, including John Paul Jones.
