Sculptor
Israeli sculptor and experimental artist who made optical and kinetic art, such as his piece at the Sheba Medical Center and his work Eighteen Levels.
He trained at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem and then moved to Zürich, Switzerland.
His work usually incorporates movement, viewer participation, and frequent use of light and sound.
He had a daughter and two sons.
He and Joseph Beuys both had exhibitions at the Guggenheim Museum.
