Her TV debut came in 2005 on the show Playing it Straight.
She suffered from anorexia in her 20s. She's since recovered and began working for the charity B-eat.
She grew up in Kent, England with her sister. In September 2016, she welcomed her daughter Luna with her rugby player boyfriend Paul Doran Jones; they tied the knot in Ibiza in July 2017.
She hosted Take Me Out: The Gossip with Mark Wright.
