ZMoney
Rapper
Rapper who staged a comeback after a jail stint in 2014 stalled his early career. He wrote over 300 songs while incarcerated, and after his release, he produced a seven song mixtape in 2016 and signed with Gucci Mane's 1017 Eskimo record label.
He was born Zernardo Tate and grew up in various parts of Chicago's West Side, in the Lawndale and Austin communities.
He's just moved to Atlanta after his release from prison when he received a phone call out of the blue from Gucci Mane asking to hear more of his music.
His parents came from Mississippi and his rap reflects his southern heritage.
He went to grade school with Chance The Rapper's original touring DJ, DJ Oreo.
